Misguided adventures
In unfamiliar places
Enticed and enchanted
By mysterious mazes.
The secrets inside a lover’s heart
So fragile and unkept.
A search for the destination
But confused by the clues
In different directions
All we really want
Is the answer to our intriguement
To find the same love
Which we bestow and are besieged with
To be embraced and protected;
Our personal safehouses.
‘You’ve never lived if you haven’t stopped for a moment and star gazed.’
